Orange River Wild Ride Report – July 2018

The Orange River Wild Ride – Spectacular desert ride experience.

Once again the North Western region of South Africa provided the backdrop for another superb winter tour.

Stunning testing riding through this arid paradise that includes the Namaqua National Park and Richtersveld National Park.

This tour was aimed at the experienced adventure riders with a good spread of tough sandy two tracks and testing rocky valleys to navigate.

A tour is only as good as the guests and WildWood just seems to get the good guys. What a great group that made for a special four days, both on and off the bike.

Enjoy our pics.

Final Orange River Wild Ride for 2018  is 06-09 September (option to add 2 extra days 05 & 10 Sept).

      Hi Dave,

Yes, we still have a couple of spots open.
The guys that have joined so far have asked for the shorter version of the tour (4 days) that begins and ends in Van Rhynsdorp. Meet in Van Rhynsdorp on the evening of the 5h to ride on the 6t. Accommodatopn is included for that evening. Return to Van Rhynsdorp early afternoon on the 9th. Price R7600 (group size 6- 8 riders)

The option still exists to ride from Cape Town on the 5th through the Cederberg and meet this group as well as our support vehicle in Van Rhynsdorp. Return to Cape Town along the west coast (overnight Elands Bay) on the the 10th. Price R8000

Please let me know if you require any additional info.

      Cheers
