The Orange River Wild is four days of desert riding starting Friday 6th in Van Rhynsdorp (300km from Cape Town) and returns there Monday lunch time on the 9th (National Women’s Day holiday).

This one is strictly for experienced adventure riders aimed at the 500/690 cc type bikes, although a good challenge for the Yamaha T700 / KTM890’s if you’re up for some deep sand, river beds and rocky tracks. Smaller road legal enduro bikes also work but you’ll need at least a 300km fuel range.
