Depending on the level of experience of the group, we will take you on the roads less travelled; from challenging technical rides to easier gravel options. Let us introduce you to some of South Africa’s most scenic places – from the rugged West Coast fynbos to the majestic Cederberg mountains; from the rocky open desert plains of the Tankwa Karoo to the World Heritage site Baviaanskloof; the spectacular Garden Route or the East Coast’s indigenous forests. And if you feel like just exploring the gravel roads close to Cape Town or ride around the Peninsula, we can arrange that too. And our signature adventure, The Kaokoland Odessey in Northern Namibia.
We keep our tour groups small, from one to eight guests and travel light with a back-up vehicle carrying your luggage. For 2020 we have new KTM 690R Enduro and Husqvarna 701 bikes for hire, the ultimate off-road touring machines. (Yamaha XT660R & 1200 Tenere , Honda Africa Twin 1000 and most BMW adventure motorcycles also available.
The journey, although sometimes tough and challenging, is as important as the awesome destinations South Africa has in abundance. Three-or four-star guesthouses with real South African character, offering local cuisine, warm hospitality and great wines are all included in our tour packages.
